Playlist pitching is a service based on review, campaign preparation, outreach, and reporting. We do not guarantee streams, saves, followers, or playlist placement.
Before fulfillment starts
If a campaign has not yet been reviewed or started, contact us as soon as possible. We can review whether cancellation or adjustment is available.
After fulfillment starts
Once review, preparation, outreach, or campaign work has started, refunds may be limited because service work has already been performed.
Campaign fit
If a submitted track is not suitable for the selected campaign, we may contact you to adjust the brief, recommend another option, or discuss next steps.
What is not guaranteed
We do not guarantee playlist placement, stream counts, follower growth, algorithmic playlisting, specific curator decisions, or specific audience behavior.
